Crowdvilla will change the paradigm in using real estate assets as a community. Crowdvilla provides crowd-owned holiday properties which can be utilized by holders of CRV tokens.

A CRV (Crowdvilla) token sale event will be held to form the initial crowd-owned properties under the Crowdvilla portfolio.

Funds raised from the token sale will be used for acquiring holiday properties globally via our real estate blockchain platform.

The CROWD (Crowdpoint) token is the single-use utility token used for booking stays at properties in the Crowdvilla portfolio. CROWD tokens will be algorithmically generated based on various factors such as the amount of inventories available from the portfolio properties, and the existing CROWD supply in the market.
