Mr. Shihuang Xie, also known as Simon, is Founder at RiverHill Fund. He serves as Supervisor of Alibaba Hangzhou. Mr. Xie served as Head of The Product Development Department for International Marketplace Division of Alibaba.com Limited (alternatively, Alibaba.com Corporation) since January 2007. Mr. Xie co-founded Alibaba Group and held numerous management positions in the operations of the B2B marketplaces since 1999, including Director of Business Development from 2000 to 2002, Director of Operations and Development for International Marketplace Division from 2002 to 2004. He served as Senior Director for International Marketplace Division of Alibaba Group from 2004 to 2006. He also served as Senior Investment Director at Alibaba.com Limited. Prior to joining Alibaba Group, he worked at an information technology company established by CIECC, a department of MOFTEC, as Financial Controller.
