Mastercard and MoonPay join forces to boost crypto in marketing. The big news was shared on X, aiming to make crypto payments even better for users.

Mastercard is teaming up with crypto payment platform MoonPay to look into how cryptocurrency tools can help their marketing and connect better with customers.

MoonPay shared this news on X (formerly Twitter). Keith Grossman from MoonPay and Raja Rajamannar from Mastercard talked about this new partnership at an event in Las Vegas.

Mastercard plans to use many of MoonPay's crypto tools and will also partner with an agency called Otherlife to help with their marketing plans. Keith Grossman shared more details on LinkedIn.

MoonPay will also include some of Mastercard’s special tools, like “Click to Pay” and “Mastercard Send”, in its services. This will make payments safer and more trusted in the Web3 world.

Many people at Mastercard are happy about this partnership. Adam Polansky and Elizabeth Taylor from Mastercard shared their excitement online.

At the moment, Mastercard hasn't made an official announcement. They have been interested in crypto for a while and have added many crypto products in the past. Last year, they worked with Paxos, Coinbase, and MoonPay to improve their crypto payment options.
