Bitcoin Stabilizes and one Altcoin Surges
Bitcoin stabilizes after volatility; APT rises 6%. Altcoins recover, total market cap steady.
Bitcoin has stabilized around $26,500 after a volatile week. Most other cryptocurrencies are also experiencing minimal changes, except for APT, which has risen by 6% today.
Bitcoin remained relatively stable over the weekend but faced a significant drop to under $24,800 after the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision. However, it rebounded following news of BlackRock filing for a Bitcoin Spot ETF, reaching a weekly high of $26,800. Currently, it trades around $26,500, with a market cap of $515 billion and dominance over other cryptocurrencies at 48%.
Other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Binance Coin also experienced volatility but managed to recover some of their losses. Ripple and Polkadot have seen slight increases, while Cardano, Dogecoin, Tron, Solana, Polygon, and Litecoin have shown minor losses. Shiba Inu has seen a 4% increase. Notably, APT stands out as the top gainer, up 6% and trading above $7.
The total market capitalization of the crypto market has remained steady at $1.070 trillion since yesterday.
