Sushi Joins Aptos Blockchain
Sushi is joining the Aptos blockchain, a new step after only working with EVM-like chains. Supported by big company a16z, Aptos lets developers make special apps.
Sushi is joining the Aptos blockchain. This is special because until now, Sushi only worked with blockchains similar to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Now, Sushi's version 2 system will work on the Aptos network.
“This is our first time working with a non-EVM chain like Aptos. It will help us work across many chains." The Sushi team stated
Sushi already works with chains like Ethereum, Fantom, Polygon, and more.
A big company, Andreessen Horowitz (also known as a16z), supports Aptos. Aptos is a basic kind of blockchain. People who once worked at Meta made it. With Aptos, developers can make special apps called decentralized apps. They use a language called Move for this, which is related to Rust.
