Another Top Executive Leaves Binance
Binance France's top leader, Stéphanie Cabossioras, leaves Binance France. This adds to the list of big names exiting the company in 2022.
On Oct. 19, Binance France's boss, David Prinçay, used X (previously known as Twitter)to announce that Stéphanie Cabossioras has left her position as the executive director of Binance France.
"Stéphanie did a great job for Binance France. We wish her good luck in her next step," Prinçay said.
She joined Binance in April 2022, first handling legal matters. By November, she became the Executive Director.
Binance shared that this change won't affect their work in France. Before Binance, Cabossioras worked at a major financial regulator in Canada's Quebec area.
In June, Binance France faced an investigation over money concerns.
Many leaders have left Binance this year. Cabossioras is now one of over 10 big names to leave in 2022. On July 6, three top people, including the strategy leader and legal head, left the company.
Binance's CEO, CZ, spoke about these changes in July. He said changes happen in big companies and told people not to worry.
But Binance also faces challenges in the U.S.. U.S. authorities have taken them to court over rules and trading issues. Binance, CZ, and their team face several legal problems.
