Coinbase Is Broken and Needs Fixes: Coinbase CEO
Coinbase's CEO talks about app problems and asks users for feedback. Fixes are coming soon, but some issues are tough to handle.
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said their new network, Base, showed problems with the Coinbase app. He talked about this on X (like Twitter) on Aug. 13. He said the app had problems during “Onchain Summer,” an event from Aug. 9 to Aug. 31 that showed new products and digital art items.
Armstrong said the app is not good for digital art, some apps, and new technology layers. He asked people on X to tell him what they want fixed. He promised to make updates on the biggest issues soon.
The most popular reply was from a developer named Racer. He wanted an easier way to add money to Coinbase with a credit card. Another issue was a problem connecting the Coinbase wallet to Google Chrome. Armstrong responded saying this problem was harder to fix than he expected.
