Robinhood, led by CEO Vlad Tenev, is set to list 11 new Bitcoin spot ETFs approved by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Tenev expressed his excitement about these first-ever approved financial instruments in the USA, he sees them as a step forward in managing investment risks in digital assets. Along with listing these assets, Robinhood also offers educational resources on Bitcoin, ETFs, and risk management strategies.
The 11 Bitcoin spot ETFs include offerings from major firms like Bitwise, Grayscale, and BlackRock. Though Robinhood hasn't specified a listing date, the launch is expected very soon.
Robinhood's expansion into the European market in November 2023 highlights its rapid growth. The company's successful launch of the Robinhood Crypto app in EU countries indicates a swift approach to new initiatives, hinting that the Bitcoin spot ETFs listing on the Robinhood app could happen shortly.
Bitcoin's price has seen significant movement in the last 24 hours. Currently, at $45,900, it slightly dropped from a peak of $47,647.
