Wright accuses them of using his Bitcoin technology without permission. He's brought 97 new documents to support his claim, including files essential for Bitcoin's creation. But, the developers suspect these documents might be fake, challenging their authenticity.
The judge handling the case ordered Wright to pay £800,000 (about $1 million) as security for the developers' legal costs if he loses. Wright already paid £100,000 ($127,000) earlier. Plus, he must pay £65,000 ($82,000) for costs related to his Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Wright, who has ASD, asked for special trial conditions, like knowing questions in advance. However, the judge decided he could only use a screen and write his questions during the trial.
