Fracton Protocol (FT)

Fracton Protocol is an innovative Web3 infrastructure and liquidity protocol designed to enhance the accessibility and liquidity of non-fungible tokens, commonly known as NFTs. It addresses one of the primary challenges in the NFT market: the high cost and illiquidity of premium or blue-chip NFTs, which often limit broader participation and price discovery. Fracton Protocol achieves this by offering advanced fractionalization solutions, transforming illiquid and high-value NFTs into more accessible and tradable ERC-20 tokens. These fractionalized NFTs, or fNFTs, can then be traded on decentralized exchanges, offering instant liquidity for previously illiquid assets. Secondly, Fracton Protocol pioneers the creation of NFT index funds. These index funds represent a basket of multiple blue-chip NFTs, similar to traditional stock market index funds. By investing in an NFT index, users gain diversified exposure to a portfolio of top-tier NFTs without needing to purchase an entire single NFT, significantly reducing risk and capital requirements. The native utility token of the Fracton Protocol is FT. This token plays a crucial role in the ecosystem, serving as a governance token that empowers holders to participate in the protocol's decision-making processes, including proposals for new features, fee adjustments, and treasury management. Additionally, the FT token can be utilized for staking, potentially offering rewards to users who contribute to the protocol's security and stability.
