Reaper has been studying blockchain technology since 2013. Reaper has a very in-depth knowledge of community operations working and building in various community's such as BitShares community in which he was well known in the community and was on the NEO community board. Reaper is in charge of community operations and affairs of the NULS project. His main goal is to maintain the NULS community.
