Tombplus, identified by the symbol TOMB+, is a decentralized algorithmic stablecoin protocol operating on the Fantom blockchain. Its fundamental design purpose is to maintain a programmatic peg to Fantom's native token, FTM, striving for a 1:1 value ratio. This mechanism is achieved through a sophisticated seigniorage model, which involves a dynamic supply adjustment system to stabilize the token's price relative to FTM without direct collateralization by fiat or other cryptocurrencies. The Tombplus ecosystem is composed of three primary tokens, each playing a crucial role in the protocol's stability and functionality. TOMB+ is the algorithmic stablecoin itself, aiming to always trade at parity with FTM. TBOND+ are bond tokens designed to help stabilize TOMB+ when its price falls below the FTM peg. Users can purchase TBOND+ at a discount when TOMB+ is below peg, effectively removing TOMB+ from circulation and reducing supply. These bonds can then be redeemed for TOMB+ at a 1:1 ratio with FTM when the protocol returns to peg or above. TSHARE+ are share tokens that represent a claim on the future seigniorage or newly minted TOMB+ tokens. When TOMB+ trades above its FTM peg, new TOMB+ tokens are minted and distributed proportionally to TSHARE+ holders who stake their tokens in the protocol's boardroom. This mechanism incentivizes participation and rewards those who support the peg's stability.
