Henry Wu

Henry Wu splits his time between Alacrity China and Canada offices. He is on the organization’s investment committee and co-leads Alacrity’s investments in buyouts, direct co-investments and special situations. In addition, he oversees investor relations, asset allocation and investment strategies and processes.

In 2018, he becomes a venture partner of Ledger Capital, a full service Cryptocurrency Investment Banking Firm. Prior to launching Alacrity China, Henry has invested in several technology companies around the world and holds various board member roles in startup companies. Before Alacrity, he actively involved in investment banking sector in Shanghai, China.

Henry is pursing an M.B.A. from Tsinghua PBCSF School and Johnson Business School, Cornell University and holds a B.A from Simon Fraser University. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
