Description
Bill is a natural leader, innovator and thinker. An early developer of the ODEM concept, he has founded three companies, including Excelorators Inc. Bill has a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee. Passionate about big, world-changing ideas, he served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
