Evgeni Mitkov

Evgeni Mitkov, chief executive of start-up foreign exchange options trading platform SurfacExchange, has left the firm. Mitkov was based in Greenwich, Connecticut, and is understood to be taking time out from the market. Further details of his replacement at SurfacExchange are not yet known. Having been established in 2009, SurfacExchange launched its platform in August 2011 and is one of a number of new multi-bank options platforms to have sprouted up in the FX market as new regulations.
