Strategy has boosted its Bitcoin stash again, investing $1.34 billion to bring its total holdings to nearly 569,000 BTC.

Strategy has bought 13,390 more Bitcoin, spending around $1.34 billion at an average price of $99,856 per coin. This major move comes just days after its annual Strategy Conference, reinforcing the company's commitment to its crypto-focused vision.

With this latest acquisition, Strategy now owns 568,840 BTC, worth over $59 billion based on current Bitcoin prices near $104,000. The average cost of all its Bitcoin holdings has climbed to $69,287.

To fund the purchase, Strategy used two methods: it raised $1.31 billion by selling shares through an at-the-market offering and issued 273,987 Series STRK preferred shares. The stock sale took place between May 5 and May 11.
