MicroStrategy Buys 3,459 More BTC for $285.8M, Total Holdings Surpass 531K

MicroStrategy has added 3,459 more bitcoins to its portfolio, spending around $285.8 million between April 7 and April 13, 2025. The average price per bitcoin was $82,618, according to the company’s announcement.
This brings the firm’s total holdings to 531,644 BTC, acquired for roughly $35.92 billion at an average price of $67,556 per bitcoin. The move shows MicroStrategy’s continued belief in Bitcoin as a long-term asset.
The company, led by Michael Saylor, remains one of the largest corporate bitcoin holders. So far in 2025, it has reported an 11.4% return on its bitcoin investments, boosted by the recent price surge.
